Which chimney size do I need — 60 cm or 90 cm?
Match the chimney to your hob and platform. A 60 cm chimney suits a 2 or 3 burner hob and a narrower platform; a 90 cm chimney suits a 4 burner hob and a wider platform. Send us your platform width on WhatsApp and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Do you install it, or do I arrange installation myself?
Our own technicians handle the installation — ducting, core cutting and alignment. The installation charge is confirmed in your quote before anything is booked, so there is no surprise at the end.
Which areas of Hyderabad do you cover?
Quthbullapur, Jeedimetla, Kompally, Suchitra, Miyapur, Secunderabad and the wider Medchal-Malkajgiri district. If you are outside that belt, message us with your location and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.
What warranty do I get?
Every appliance is supplied sealed with its full manufacturer warranty and a proper GST invoice. Warranty length and coverage vary by model, so ask us about the specific model you are considering and we will confirm the terms in writing.
Will a repair void my warranty?
Not when an authorised centre does it. We are authorised for Whirlpool and Elica, so repairs follow the manufacturer's procedure and use genuine parts — which is exactly what keeps an in-warranty appliance covered. An unauthorised repair or a local-market spare is what puts a warranty at risk.
Can you send me a price list?
Prices move with stock and seasonal offers, so we share current pricing over WhatsApp rather than publishing a list that goes stale. Tell us the model — or just your kitchen size and budget — and we will send you the options that fit.
Do you service appliances you did not sell?
Yes. We are an authorised service centre for Whirlpool and Elica, so those we handle directly with genuine parts. For any other brand, message us the brand, the model and what is going wrong — we will tell you honestly whether it is something we can service, what it is likely to cost, and when we can come.
